No. TAMP/81/2015-IGTPL.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 17 September 2016 in case
No. TAMP/81/2015-IGTPL relating to the general revision of the Scale of Rates (SOR) of the India Gateway
Terminal Private Limited (IGTPL). The SOR was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III
Section 4) on 14 October 2016 vide Gazette No.380.
2. It has come to notice that under Schedule – 8 – Storage Charges under Section - VIII the particulars
column for Laden Container at second slab contains a typographical error. The second slab in the revised SOR
notified on 14 October 2016 inadvertently mentions the slab as 8-15 days instead of 4-15 days. In view of the
above, the particulars column of second slab of storage charges for Laden Container at Schedule 8 under
Section VIII is corrected as follows to rectify the inadvertent error:
