Rajat Sachar, Member (Economic) (Passed on 19th day of March 2018) No.TAMP/29/2016-VOCPT.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 17 September 2016 in case No.TAMP/29/2016-VOCPT disposing the proposal received from the V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust (VOCPT) for general revision of its Scale of Rates (SOR). The revised SOR and Performance Standard approved by this Authority have been notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 10 October 2016 vide Gazette No.370. 2. The VOCPT vide its letter dated 12 December 2017 has pointed out that there are some errors inadvertently crept in some notes proposed by VOCPT under the Schedule 2.2.1, 2.2.3 (i), 2.2.3(ii) in the SOR and notified by this Authority. 3.1. Therefore, this corrigendum is issued to rectify the errors in the existing SOR of the VOCPT approved by this Authority vide Order No. No. TAMP/29/2016-VOCPT dated 17 September 2017 which was notified in the Gazette of India on 10 October 2016 vide Gazette No.370. The details of the errors and the corrections made are detailed below: (a). As regards the typographical error pointed out by VOCPT in the heading of Schedule 3.5 Cess for Pollution Mitigating Measures, it is relevant to state that VOCPT had earlier proposed few amendments and the Authority had already approved the amendments vide Order No. TAMP/82/2016-VOCPT dated 29 March 2017 and the sentence “Cess for Pollution Mitigation Measures” is correctly appearing in the Order dated 29 March 2017. Therefore, the correction in typographical error proposed by VOCPT in the Schedule 3.5 is not required. 4. The VOCPT is advised to amend its SOR accordingly. T.S.
