(Passed on this 8th day of June 2018)
No. TAMP/18/2016-KPT.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 19 March 2018 in case
No.TAMP/18/2016-KPT relating to the proposal received from Deendayal Port Trust (DPT) for amendments
in the revised Scale of Rates (SOR) approved in the Order No.TAMP/18/2016-KPT dated 21 June 2016
passed by the Authority on the proposal received from the DPT for general revision of its SOR. This Order
dated 19 March 2018 has been notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 11 April
2018 vide Gazette No.149.
2. An inadvertent error is observed in para nos.7 and 8.2 of the said Order notified on 11 April 2018
which is corrected as follows:—
“The words “the SOR” stated in the last line of para nos.7 and 8.2 of the Order dated 19 March 2018
notified on 11 April 2018 have to be read as “this Order” ”.
