CORRIGENDUM

(Passed on this 17th day of September 2016)
No. TAMP/23/2013-MBPT.—This Authority had passed an Order dated 2 January 2015 in Case
No.TAMP/23/2013-MBPT relating to proposal of Mumbai Port Trust for general revision of its Scale of Rates (notifying
detailed Order). The said Order was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 26 February
2015 vide Gazette No.68.
2. Some printing errors have been observed at page No. 121 of the English Version of the said Gazette
Notification.
3. In view of above, the following corrections are incorporated for rectifying the printing error in the English
Version of the Gazette Notification:
