No. TAMP/21/2009-WS—This Authority had passed an Order No.TAMP/21/2009-WS dated 15 May 2015
extending the validity of the “Guidelines for Regulation of Tariff at Major Ports, 2004”. The said Order was notified in
the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 25 May 2015 vide Gazette No.180.
2. Printing error has been observed at the beginning of Notification and above Quorum at page No. 2 of the
English Version of the Gazette copy of the above mentioned Order. The Case number mentioned at the beginning of
Notification and above Quorum at Page No. 2 in the English Version of the Gazette may be read as ‘TAMP/21/2009-
WS’ instead of ‘TAMP/41/2009-WS’.
