QUORUM
No. TAMP/23/2017-MOPT.—This Authority had passed an Order No.TAMP/23/2017-MOPT dated
21 July 2017 approving revision of license fee in respect of Foreshore Area approved earlier in the Order
No.TAMP8/2012-MOPT dated 8 August 2012. The said Order dated 21 July 2017 was notified in the Gazette of India
Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) vide Gazette No.348 dated 11 September 2017.
2. On comparing the Gazette Notification and Order downloaded from website of E-Gazette of India with the
Office copy of the Notification along with Order sent to the Department of Publication, an omission has occurred at serial
no.(a) in the table at page no.20 of the English Version of the said Gazette Notification. The omission related to unit of
levy.
3. In view of the above, the omission is restored in the English Version of the Gazette Notification as given below:
