No.TAMP/78/2018-NMPT.—This Authority had passed an Order No.TAMP/78/2018-NMPT dated
24 July 2019 disposing the proposal received from the New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT) for general
revision of its Scale of Rates (SOR). The revised SOR and Performance Standards approved by this Authority¹Hkkx IIIµ[k.M 4º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
have been notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 21 August 2019 vide Gazette
No. 294.
2. The NMPT vide its letter dated 17 October 2019 has pointed out that there are some typographical errors
in the draft SOR proposed by NMPT and which thereby crept in the revised SOR approved by the Authority
on 24 July 2019. The NMPT has, therefore, sought corrections in the revised SOR.
3.1. Therefore, this corrigendum is issued to rectify the errors in the existing Scale of Rates of the NMPT
approved by this Authority vide Order No.TAMP/78/2018-NMPT dated 24 July 2019 which was notified in
the Gazette of India on 21 August 2019 vide Gazette No.294. The details of the errors and the corrections
made are detailed below:
