CORREGENDUM
New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2016
No. TAMP/20/2010-KPT.— This Authority has passed an Order in case No.TAMP/20/2010-KPT
relating to the proposal from the Kandla Port Trust (KPT) for extension of the validity of the rate structure for
Gandhidham Township Lands of KPT. This Order was notified in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary (Part III
Section 4) on 15 January 2016 vide Gazette No.21.
2. Inadvertent errors are observed in the said Order. The details of the errors and the corrections made
are detailed below:
(i). The date of the Order passed by this Authority may be read as 15 January 2016 instead of
7 December 2015.
(ii). The date of filing of proposal by KPT mentioned in para 5.1. and para 6 as 31 December 2015
may be read as 15 February 2016.
(iii). In end of para 6 of the said Order the following sentence is added:
The KPT should file its proposal within the extended time. “No further extension will be
granted by this Authority for filing the proposal.”
