No.TAMP/79/2018/Misc.—This Authority in its 164th meeting held on 18 January 2019 has approved the Agenda
note along with draft Notification to notify the Working Guidelines to operationalize the Tariff Policy for Major Port
Trusts, 2018 for determination of tariff for Major Port Trusts. The said Working Guidelines has been notified in the
Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 30 January 2019 vide Gazette No.29 which was communicated to
all Major Port Trusts vide our letter dated 04 February 2019.
2.1. It has been noticed that inadvertently, some errors have crept in the notified working guidelines to
operationalize the Tariff Policy for Major Port Trusts, 2018.
2.2. In view of the above, the details of the errors and the corrections made are detailed below :
