CORRIGENDUM
(Passed on this 16th day of March, 2021)
Mumbai, the 18th March, 2021
No. TAMP/52/2019-JNPT.— This Authority vide Order No. TAMP/52/2019- JNPT dated 01 June 2020 has
disposed the proposal of JNPT for general revision of its Scale of Rates. The Notification and Order (notifying SOR)
was notified in the Gazette of India on 18 June 2020 vide G.No.216. The Scale of Rates has been communicated to the
JNPT and the concerned users vide our email dated 22 June 2020. Thereafter, the Notification and Order (pertaining to
Speaking Order) was notified in the Gazette of India on 3 July 2020 vide G.No.251. The Notification and Order
(Speaking Order) has been communicated to the JNPT and the concerned users vide our email dated 08 July 2020.
2. Based on the request made by the JNPT, this Authority vide its Order dated 8 September 2020 has
passed a corrigendum rectifying some errors found by the JNPT in the notified Scale of Rates. The Corrigendum has
been notified in the Gazette of India on 06 October 2020 vide G.No.409, and has been communicated to the JNPT and
the concerned users vide our email dated 13 October 2020.
3.1. In this connection, the JNPT vide its letter No. JNP/FIN/SOR/TAMP/2020-21/659 dated 09
February 2021 has pointed out a typographical error in its revised SOR and has requested to rectify them and make the
changes accordingly.
