F.No. TAMP/59/2019- BPCL.—This Authority vide Order No. TAMP/59/2019- BPCL dated 15 September
2021 has disposed the proposal of BPCL for general revision of its Scale of Rates. The Notification and Order was
notified in the Gazette of India Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 28 September 2021 vide Gazette
No.419. The Notification and Order has been communicated to the BPCL, Licensor Port Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust
and the concerned users vide email dated 30 September 2021.
2.1. In this connection, as pointed out by the BPCL vide its email dated 9 October 2021 it has been noticed that
inadvertently, some typographical errors have occurred in the Hindi Version of the revised SOR, as notified on 28
September 2021.
2.2. The details of the error and the correction to be made are detailed below:
