New Delhi, the 7th August, 2019
S.O. 2856(E).—Whereas Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has been declared as an unlawful association, vide, notification
number S.O. 2469 (E) dated 10th July, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii);
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Unlawful Activities (Prevention)
Tribunal consisting of Mr. Justice D.N. Patel, Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating whether
or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) as an unlawful association.
