ईि पद की संख्या, ईसका र्वगीकरण और र्वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर र्वह होगा जो आन जनयमों की ईपबंध ऄनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में जर्वजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 3. भती की पद्धजत, अय-ु सीमा, ऄन्य ऄहतड ाएँ अदद - भती की पद्धजत, अय-ु सीमा, ऄहतड ाएँ और संबजन्धत ऄन्य बातें र्व े होंगी जो दक ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तम्भ (13) में जर्वजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 4. जनरहतड ा – र्वह व्यजि- (क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि, जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजर्वत ह,ै स े जर्वर्वाह दकया ह ै या जर्वर्वाह की संजर्वदा की है, या (ख) जजसने ऄपने पजत या पत्नी के जीजर्वत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जर्वर्वाह दकया है, ईि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा। परंतु यदद केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै दक ऐसा जर्वर्वाह ईस व्यजि और जर्वर्वाह के ऄन्य पक्षकार को लाग ू स्ट्र्वीय जर्वजध के ऄधीन ऄनज्ञु ेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए ऄन्य अधार ह ै दकसी व्यजि को आस जनयम के प्रर्वतनड स े छूट द े सकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि -
