S.O. 144 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 read with Sections 3(2), 4(1)
and 4(4) of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992) as amended vide the National Commission
for Minorities (Amendment) Act, 1995 (44 of 1995), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Atif Rasheed as
Member of the said Commission for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office by him or until further
