S.O. 2104(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 read with Sections 3(2), 4(1)
and 4(4) of the National Commission for Minorities (NCM) Act, 1992 (19 of 1992) as amended vide the NCM
(Amendment) Act 1995 (44 of 1995), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri George Kurian, presently
holding the post of Member in NCM as Vice Chairperson of the said Commission for a period of three years from the
date of assumption of office.
