NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th March, 2017
G.S.R. 313(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the
Constitution, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the president hereby
rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Welfare (Office of the
Commissioner for Linguistic Minorities), published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)
vide number G.S.R.472, dated the 17th August, 1991, except as respects things done or omitted to be done
before such rescission.
