NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th December, 2017
S.O. 3938(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted
Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs
published vide number- S.O.1284(E), dated 21st April, 2017, namely:––
In the said notification,-
(a) in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 1, for the figures, letters and word “30th June 2017”, the
figures, letters and word “31st December, 2017” shall be substituted;
(b) in clause (a) of paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word “30th June, 2017”, the figures,
letters and word “31st December, 2017” shall be substituted.
