G.O.Ms.No.125, Home (Prisons.A) Department, dated 25-05-2006 2. From the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, letter Rc.No.7957/B2/2010, dated 19-11-2011 ** * ** O R D E R: In the G.O.1st read above, Government have issued orders fixing the training courses, syllabus and collection of fee for imparting Training Courses in the State Training School, Vattinagulapally, Ranga Reddy District. 2. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad vide letter 2nd read above, has stated that the Department, has studied and analyzed the need and importance of conducting Basic Training in the First Aid fire fighting on account of fast urbanization and industrialization and identified three (3) different training Centers and evolved different training programmes prepared for conducting training programmes to the Security personnel, employees and workers of all industries, hazardous premises of Private and Government Undertakings and occupants of High Rise buildings and commercial establishments. 3. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, has also stated that there is much demand from the above mentioned establishments for Training their personnel. Since, the cost of living index has gone up sharply, the pay and emoluments of the Instructors have also substantially increased and the utility service charges like electricity, water & telephone etc., and the cost of all other articles including required training aids etc., have also gone up sharply. 4. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, has, therefore, requested the Government to revise the prescribed Training fees for the various Training Courses conducted by the Fire Services Department and also proposed to impart training at District Head Quarters Fire Station Training Center, and Fire Station Training Centers. 5. Government after careful examination of the proposals submitted by the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad in detail hereby revise the Training fees for the various Training Courses conducted by the Fire Services Department and also to impart training at District Headquarters Fire Station Training Centre and Fire Station Training Centres. The fees for imparting training to the personnel sponsored by the Government of India, other State Government, Local Bodies, Industrial & Commercial Establishments are as follows: PTO:: 2 :: LEVY OF TRAINING FEES FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS TO BE IMPARTED BY A.P.FIRE SERVICE TRAINING SCHOOL (Excluding Fire Service Department Personnel) Sl. Name of the Training Duration Training Fee to be collected from all the No Course candidates sponsored by Government of India, Other State Government, Local Bodies, Commercial and Industrial Establishment and individuals 1 Station Fire Officers 7 Months Rs.40,000+Charge levied by RTC for Training Course Driving /Mechanism Training 2 Driver Training Course 04 Months Rs.12,000/- +Charges levied by RTC for Driving /Mechanism Training 3 Fireman Training Course 04 Months Rs.10,000/- 4 Leading Fireman Training 03 Months Rs.10,000/- Course 5 Fire Prevention and First Aid 12 Days Rs.7,500/- Fire fighting orientation Training Course 6 Elementary Fire fighting 06 Days Rs.3,500/- Training Course 7 Basic Fire Prevention and 03 Days Rs.1,500/- First Aid Fire Fighting Training Course 8 First Aid Fire Fighting 01 Day Rs.1,000/- training Course (or) Familiarization on concerned subject as per participants request Note:- Training fee levied excludes mess charges. accommodation charges shall be levied @ Rs.120/- per day for barrack accommodation, @ Rs.200/- per day for shared accommodation and @ Rs.300/- per day for single accommodation. 6. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter. 7.
