Government Memo No. 22333/WNT/A1/2011, dated 22-12-2011. 4. From Smt M. Satyavani, W/o late M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, representation, dated 19-12-2011 received on 24-12-2011. *** ORDER: Sri M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, Nalgonda District, expired on 05-02-2008, while in service. His wife Smt M. Satyavani, submitted an application for compassionate appointment on 11-11-2010, i.e after lapse of more than 2 ½ years from the date of death of her husband and the same was rejected as per G.O. Ms. No. 687, GA (Ser. A) Department, dated 03-10-1977. 2. In the reference 1st read above, the District Collector, Nalgonda District has stated that Smt M. Satyavani, W/o late M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, has again submitted a representation on 13-05-2011 stating that due to mental disturbance, she could not applied for compassionate appointment within the time limit and requested to provide a suitable job to her. He has, therefore, requested the Government to accord permission to provide compassionate appointment to Smt M. Satyavani, wife of the deceased employee, by relaxing the time limit of 1 year in submitting the application, as a special case. The case of Smt M. Satyavani, was examined by the Government in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 687, GA (Ser. A) Department, dated 03-10-1977 and rejected vide reference 3rd read above. 3. In her representation 4th read above, Smt M. Satyavani, W/o late M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, has submitted that her son is studying Intermediate and she is facing financial problems to meet the expenditure of family and further there is no other bread earning member in her family. She has, therefore requested to consider her case for compassionate appointment in relaxation of rules. 4. Government, have re-examined the case of Smt M. Satyavani, W/o late M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, sympathetically and decided to provide compassionate appointment to her in relaxation of relevant rules to condone the delay in submitting of her application. PTO-2- 5. Accordingly, Government herby order to provide compassionate appointment to Smt M. Satyavani, W/o late M. Gopala Krishna Murthy, PC 1611, Nalgonda District, duly relaxing rule in para 2 (2) of G.O. Ms. No. 687, GA (Ser. A) Department, dated 03-10-1977, in her favour, subject to fulfillment of other terms and conditions stipulated under the scheme of compassionate appointment and following the rule of reservation and Presidential Order. 6.
