From Smt D. Susmitha, W/o Late D. Srikanth, PC 2846, representations received on 19-02-2011 and 09-01-2012. 2. From the District Collector, Guntur District, Lr Rc No. 4668/2010-B5, dated 13-01-2011. 3. From the DGP., AP., Hyderabad, L. Dis No. 219/ME-3/2011, dated 22-03-2011. *** ORDER: Sri D. Srikanth, PC 2846, Guntur District, expired on 03-11-2009 while in Service. His wife Smt. D. Susmitha, has studied up to Intermediate and her date of birth is 11-05-1975. As per study she is a local candidate of Krishna District and as such she was given opportunity for compassionate appointment in Krishna District. She attended the O/o the District Collector, Krishna District, on 16-06-2010 and expressed her unwillingness to work in Krishna District and requested to provide a job in Guntur District, since she has been residing in Guntur District for the past 15 years and all her relatives are in Guntur District only. In the reference 1st read above, she has also requested the Government for compassionate appointment in Guntur District instead of Krishna District. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the District Collector, Guntur District, has requested the Government for necessary orders for providing compassionate appointment to Smt D. Susmitha, in Guntur District, where her husband expired while working. In the reference 3rd read above, the DGP., AP., Hyderabad, has requested to take a decision in the matter. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view the position of Smt D. Susmitha, W/o Late D. Srikanth, PC 2846, have decided to provide compassionate appointment to her in Guntur District, in relaxation of relevant rules in her favour. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby order to provide compassionate appointment to Smt D. Susmitha, W/o Late D. Srikanth, PC 2846, in Guntur District, duly relaxing rules in Government Memo No. 17414/Ser. A/2007, GA (Ser. A) Department, dated 07-12-2007, in her favour, subject to fulfillment of other terms and conditions stipulated under the scheme of compassionate appointment and following the rule of reservation.
