Rc.No.1206/G3/2011, dated 24.1.2012 3.Proceedings of the Departmental Promotion Committee dated 9.2.2012 o0o ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have accorded permission for preparation of panel of Addl. Commandants, APSP Battalions, otherwise fit for promotion as Commandants, APSP Battalions excepting for not having completed three years of service, for making promotions on adhoc basis for the panel year 2011-2012, under rule 10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, read with the instructions issued in Government Memo. No.53975/Ser.D/2000-3, General Administration (Ser-D) Department, dated 9.1.2001, subject to condition that the commencement of probation in the promoted post will be only after completion of minimum service in the feeder category. 2. Accordingly, necessary proposals were placed before the DPC to consider the eligible Additional Commandants, APSP Bns., for inclusion in the panel of Addl. Commandants, APSP Bns., fit for adhoc/temporary promotion as Commandants, APSP Bns., for the panel year 2011-2012. 3. The DPC which met on 9-2-2012, after going through the A.C.Rs., relevant records and other material papers, relating to the Additional Commandants, APSP Bns., and making overall assessment of their service record and work done and other material papers placed before it, has submitted its recommendations. 4. Government after careful consideration, hereby accept the recommendations of the DPC, and include the following names in the panel of Additional Commandants, APSP Bns., fit for adhoc temporary promotion as Commandants, APSP Bns., for the panel year 2011-2012, with the remarks as indicated against their names: Sl.
