ORDER:-
In the G.O. 3rd read above, Government approved the panel of the
following (14) Addl. Commandants, APSP Bns., fit for adhoc promotion as
Commandants, APSP Bns., for the panel year 2011-2012, subject to
directions, outcome of the O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As., etc. pending, if any,
before the Tribunal/Courts etc.,

2. In terms of Rule-10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules,
1996, Government hereby promote Sri K.Parameswara Rao, Addl.
Commandant, APSP Battalions, included in the panel as Commandant, APSP
Bns., with immediate effect, subject to condition that the commencement of
probation in the promoted post will be only after completion of minimum
service in the feeder category, as mentioned in the G.O. 1st read above.
3. The promotion ordered in para (2) above is purely temporary and is
liable to be reverted to the lower post at any time without assigning any
reason therefore and is subject to outcome of O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As.,
pending, if any, before the Tribunal and Courts.
4. The Officer promoted in para-3 above shall join in the promotion post
within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the orders of
promotion. If, he fails to join the new post within the said time limit or evade
to join the post by proceeding on leave, he shall forfeit his right of
appointment both for the present and in future for his promotion post.2
5. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to issue
posting orders in respect of Sri K.Parameswara Rao, at his level as he is
retiring from service on 29.2.2012 on superannuation and send
ratification proposals to the Government. He is also requested to send
promotional posting proposals in respect of others after placing the matter
before the Police Establishment Board.
