Ms. No. 31 Dated:16-2-2012 Read the following:- 1.G.O.Ms.No.88, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 16.4.2011 2.G.O.Ms.No.249, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 29.10.2011 3.G.O.Ms.No.269, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 17.11.2011 4.From the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad Lr. Rc. No.101/G5/2011, dated 16.1.2012 5.Review Screening Committee proceedings dated 9.2.2012 o0o ORDER:- The Screening Committee which met on 25.10.2011, have recommended certain names of Deputy Superintendents of Police (AR) for inclusion in the panel, who are fit for adhoc/temporary promotion as Commandants (AR/HGs) (NC), for the panel year 2011-2012. Government accepted the recommendations and accordingly issued orders in the G.O. 2nd read above. The name of Sri T.Pulender Reddy, was not recommended for inclusion in the said panel due to adverse remarks recorded in the ACRs for the year 2010-11. 2. Subsequently, the Government vide Memo. No.31830/Ser.I/A2/2011-2, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 9.12.2011 informed the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, that the adverse remarks made in the ACR for the period from 16.7.2010 to 31.3.2011 are only of advisory in nature and they are not treated as adverse. Accordingly, the D.G.P., AP., Hyderabad vide Memo. C.No.102/SC.C1/2011, dated 20.12.2011 has communicated the said Govt. Memo. dated 9.12.2011 to the individual. 3. Government, in terms of guidelines issued in G.O. Ms.No.187, G.A. (Ser.B) Department, dated 25.5.1985, have placed the proposals before the Review Screening Committee to consider the case of Sri T.Puender Reddy, Deputy Superintendent of Police (AR), for notional promotion as Commandant (AR/HGs) (NC) on par with his junior, who got promotion vide G.O. 3rd read above. 4. The Review Screening Committee, which met on 9.2.2012, after going through the A.C.Rs., relevant records and other material papers, relating to Sri T.Pulender Reddy and after making an overall assessment of his service record and work done and placed before it, has submitted its recommendations, in the proceedings 5th read above. 5. Government after careful consideration, hereby accept the recommendations of the Review Screening Committee, and accordingly, include the name of Sri T.Pulender Reddy, at Sl.No.10 (a) between the names of Sri E.Srinivas (Sl.No.10) and Sri T.Anand Babu (Sl.No.11) in the panel of Deputy Superintendents of Police (AR) for the panel year 2011-12 for notional promotion in the category of Commandant (AR/HG) (NC) on par with his junior, subject to directions/outcome of O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As/SLPs., etc., if any pending before Tribunal/Courts etc., The name of Sri K.Narsimha (Sl.No.12) is deleted from the panel. 6. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
