Consequent on inclusion of the name of Sri T.Pulender Reddy, Deputy Superintendent of Police (AR), in the panel of 2011-2012 vide G.O. 6th read above, he is hereby notionally promoted as Commandant (AR/HGs) (NC) under rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, on par with his junior, who was promoted as Commandant (AR/HGs) (NC) vide G.O. 3rd read above, subject to condition that the commencement of probation in the promoted post will be only after completion of minimum service in the feeder category. 2. The officer promoted in para 1 above shall join in the promotion post within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the orders. If he fails to join the new post within the said time limit or evade to join the post by proceeding on leave, he shall forfeit his right of appointment both for the present and in future for his promotion post. 3. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to furnish posting proposals of the individual, after placing the matter before the Police Establishment Board.
