G.O. Ms. No. 145 Home (Police Budget) Department, dated 23.07.2005. 2. From the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.611/B1/2005, dated 21.09.2011. * * * * ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue partial modification orders to the G.O. 1st above, (a) Change of Head of account to “0070 - Other Administrative Services, 60 - Other Services, MH 117 - Visa Fees, SH (01) Visa fees, 800 - User Charges”. (b) Permitting the applicants seeking issue of Police Clearance Certificate for going abroad to remit Rs. 500/- under the new head of account, (c) Permitting the Intelligence Department to incur expenditure which will be utilized for (a) good infrastructure, (b) to conduct specialized training programmes for improvement of efficiency and for smooth functioning of the Department and (c) for the purchase of consumable items of Electronic equipment, etc. by debiting it to “2055 Police, MH-101 Criminal Investigation and Vigilance, SH (05) - Intelligence Branch – 800 User Charges - 801 User Charges - Other expenditure”. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, to issue Police Clearance Certificate to the candidates going abroad by collecting user charges of Rs.500/- to be remitted under the head of account “0070 - Other Administrative Services, 60 - Other Services, MH 117 - Visa Fees, SH (01) Visa fees, 800 - User Charges”. Meeting the expenditure on good infrastructure, conducting specialized training programmes for improvement of efficiency and for smooth functioning of the Department and purchase of consumable items of Electronic equipment, the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is advised to meet the expenditure from the B.E provision under regular head of account. 3. The Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide their U.O.No.29777/430/A1/Exp.Home/11, dated 15.02.2012.
