(b) the total funds allocated, released, and disbursed under each of these schemes during the said
period;
(c) whether any States or Union Territories have reported delays in application verification or
scholarship disbursal and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the details of steps taken to streamline the National Scholarship Portal and prevent exclusion
due to Aadhaar, bank account or institutional verification errors?
