From the Director General and Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.250/ B1/BG/2011-12, dated 06-07-2011 & 21-12-2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.222, Finance (Exp. Home & Law) Department, Dated 21-01-2012. * * * O R D E R: In the G.O. 2nd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.13,75000/- by way of re-appropriation of funds in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders towards clear off pending dues to the Academy of Prisons and Correctional Administration to the Director General & Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P, Hyderabad under Non-Plan. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.13,75,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs and seventy five thousand only) by way of re-appropriation of funds in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders towards clear off pending dues to the Academy of Prisons and Correctional Administration, to the Director General & Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P, Hyderabad under Non-Plan. 3. The amount sanctioned in para-2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “M.J.H.2056-Jails-M.H.800 Other Expenditure SH (70) Training -310/312 OGIA”. 4. The Director General & Inspector General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action, accordingly, in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home) Department, vide their U.O.No.522/A2/Expr.Home/2012, dated 23-01-2012.
