From the General Administration (COI.SB) Department, U.O.Note No.109/COI.SB/2011, dated 2.12.2011. O0O ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, under sub-rule 5 of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate, was appointed as Presenting Officer to present the case of Sri Y.Prem Babu, formerly Deputy Superintendent of Police, CID, RCIU Rajahmundry, now Addl.SP, Vizianagaram, before the Inquiring Authority. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the General Administration (COI-SB) Department informed that Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate & Presenting Officer has presented the case on behalf of disciplinary authority before Inquiring Authority and requested the Home Department to sanction an amount of Rs.7,300/- towards remuneration, for presenting the case against the charged officer. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.7,300/- (Rupees seven thousand and three hundred only) to Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate, who was appointed as Presenting Officer in the G.O. 1st read above, towards remuneration for the work done by him in the above said case. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090-Secretariat – Sub-head–08-Home Department – 280-Professional Services and 281-Pleaders fees”. 5. The Home (OP-II) Department are requested to draw and disburse the above said amount to Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate & Presenting Officer in this case, immediately. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expenditure. Home) Department, as per rules in force.
