From the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.309-1/W3/2005, dated 09.09.2011 and 28.12.2011. O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.64.00 lakhs beyond the original sanction of Rs.250.00 lakhs for DPO Chittoor and for Rs. 150.00 lakhs for Bell of Arms at Chittoor. 2. Government after careful examination in the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for escalated cost of Rs.64,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Four Lakhs only) to the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in connection with the construction of District Police Office at Chittoor. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of account “4055 – Capital outlay on Police – MH-207 State Police – G.H.(06) Matching State Share of CSS – S.H (04) Construction of Buildings for Police Department – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure” 4. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp. Home) Department vide their U.O.
