HOME (SERVICES-I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 171 Dated: 06-02-2012 Read:- From the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, letters Rc.No.565/G3/2010, dated 15.11.2011 and 9.1.2012. o-o-o ORDER: The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letters read above has reported that (64) candidates including Sri S.V.Sridhar Rao, allotted by the APPSC were appointed as Deputy Superintendents of Police (Civil), Category-2 by direct recruitment, vide G.O.Ms.No.41, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 23.2.2010. Sri S.V.Sridhar Rao, Probationary Deputy Superintendent of Police reported for training in APPA on 1.5.2010 to 6.10.2010. He reported sick w.e.f. 7.5.2010 to 21.11.2010 and reported back on 22.11.2010. But it was not possible for conducting training for him alone up to 17.8.2011. Now he is undergoing training in APPA w.e.f. 17.8.2011. Hence, the probationary Deputy Superintendent of Police absented from training from 7.5.2010 to 16.8.2011 for preparation of Civil Services Examination. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad has therefore, requested the Government to issue orders treating the period of absence from 7.5.2010 to 16.8.2011 as dies-non for all purposes in respect of Sri S.V.Sridhar Rao, Probationary Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil). 2. After careful examination of the entire matter, Government accept the proposal of the Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad and hereby treat the period of absence of Sri S.V.Sridhar Rao, Probationary Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil) from 7.5.2010 to 16.8.2011 as dies-non for all purposes. 3. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further follow up action in the matter.
