Rc. No. 281/CDS/2012, dated 31-01-2012 from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad. ***** ORDER:- Sri K V Kishore Kumar, Section Officer, Home (WNT) Department, has submitted the medical bills for reimbursement of expenses incurred by him towards his son’s treatment for hand fracture at Innova Hospital, Tarnaka, on 03-12-2011, for an amount of Rs. 15,000/-In the reference 2nd read above ,the medical bills have been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad, for scrutiny and report. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter Lr. Rc. No. 281/CDS/2012, dated 31-01-2012, has issued admissibility certificate for an amount of Rs. 14,000/-, after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above . 3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Only) to Sri K V Kishore Kumar, Section Officer, Home (WNT) Department, towards reimbursement of Medical expenses incurred by him towards his son’s treatment for hand fracture at Innova Hospital, Tarnaka, on 03-12-2011. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to ‘2502- Secretariat General Services – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H. (08) – Home Department – 010 salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5. The Home (OP-II- claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri K V Kishore Kumar, Section Officer, Home (WNT) Department.
