L Sarada Section Officer, Home (Courts.A) Department, Application Dated: 03-02-2012 *** ORDER : Under General Provident Fund Rules, 1935, Temporary withdrawal of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) from the General Provident Fund Account No. 55716/GA of Smt. L Sarada Section Officer, Home (Courts.A) Department is sanctioned to meet the Medical expenses of her dependent mother as a special case. 2. The amount now sanctioned in para (1) above together with the outstanding balance (for recoveries) of Rs. 46,800/- from the advance sanctioned previously consolidated to Rs.2,96,800/- shall be recovered in (36) equal monthly installments @ Rs. 8,245/- per month, commencing from the pay bill of the following month in which the advance is drawn. 3. The Home (OP-II-Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above to the individual in one lumpsum. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the rules and orders in force.
