O R D E R:-
In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued according
permission to fill up the posts of Zilla Sainik Welfare Officers (ZSWOs) and
Welfare Organisors (WOs) from the Ex-servicemen on contract basis subject
to following the guidelines for “Contractual appointments” issued by the
Finance Department.
In the references 1st & 2nd read above, the Director, Sainik Welfare,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue
necessary orders permitting him to extend the contract service of the
following Four (04) Zilla Sainik Welfare Officers / Eight (08) Welfare
Organisors for one more year after completion of two years service as their
services are very much required in the Department of Sainik Welfare, to look
after the welfare of the Ex-servicemen and their dependents.

Government after careful consideration of the proposal of the Director,
Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, permission is accorded for
further continuation of the aforesaid four (04) Zilla Sainik Welfare Officers
on payment of Rs. 10,000/-P.M ( Rupees ten thousand only) each and
eight (08) Welfare Organisors Rs. 5000/- P.M (Rupees five thousand only)
each for one more year, from December 2011/January 2012 to December
2012/January 2013 on contract basis, subject to entering into fresh
agreement.
The Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is
requested to take further necessary action accordingly
This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance (SMPC)
Department, vide their U.O.No.32254/921/A1/SMPC.II, dated 17.12.2011.
