Read the following:- 1) From the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Lr. No.B2/3022/2011-12, dated 25.11.2011 and 21.01.2012. 2) G.O.Rt.No.501, Finance (Exp. Home) Dept., dated 14.02.2012. # # # ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.100.72 Crores as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by way of supplementary grant during 2011-2012 at appropriate time towards payment of TA/DA and Duty Allowance to the entire Police Personnel and Home Guards. 2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal and based on the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs.50,36,10,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Thirty Six Lakhs and Ten thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation orders pending provision of funds by way of Supplementary Grants during the current Financial 2011-2012 at appropriate time under NON-PLAN for payment of TA/DA and Duty Allowance to the entire Police Personnel and Home Guards from December 2011 onwards. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of account indicated in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.
