From the Director General, A.P.State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.7615/B1/2011, dated 16-11-2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.478, Finance (Exp. Home & Law) Department, dated 13-02-2012. * * * * * ORDER: In the G.O.2nd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.84,000/- as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and Quarterly Regulations, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the current financial year 2011-12 under NON - PLAN to the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, A.P., Hyderabad. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.84,000/- (Rupees eighty four thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and Quarterly Regulations, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the current financial year 2011-12 under NON - PLAN to the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, A.P., Hyderabad, to meet the expenditure towards payment of Out Pocket Allowance to the trained volunteers of 183rd and 184th batches and Conveyance Charges to Instructional & Practical Training Staff from 178th to 182nd batches. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “M.J.H. 2070 Other Administrative Services – M.H. 106 Civil Defence - S.H (05) Civil Defence Organization – 503- Other Expenditure”. 4. The Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action, in the matter. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Exp. H& L) Department, vide their U.O.No.34212/ 517/ A2/ Exp.Home / 2012, dated 14-02-2012.
