Secretariat. of Andhra Pradesh for scrutiny and report. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat. in his letter Lr. Rc. No. 217/CDS/2012, dated 31-01-2012, has issued admissibility certificate for an amount of Rs. 14,174/-, after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above . 3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 14,174/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Four Only) to Sri K Rajeshwar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (2), Home (PSC) Department, towards his wife’s treatment for Prime GRAVIDA AT TERM GESTATION FOR SAFE INSTITUTIONAL DELIVERY at Kamineni Hospitals, L.B.
