ORDER:-
Sri B Ram Kumar, Joint Secretary to Government (Retired), Home Department has
submitted medical bills for reimbursement of expenses incurred by him towards his wife’s
treatment at CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for CAD, CABG Post CABG, etc, on 05-
11-2011, for an amount of Rs. 3,804/-In the reference 2nd read above, the medical bills have been
forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary A.P., Secretariat, for scrutiny
and report.
2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat in his letter Lr. Rc. No.
2483/CDS/2012, dated 20-01-2012, has issued admissibility report for an amount of Rs. 3,804/-,
after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above .
3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 3,804/- to Sri B Ram Kumar,
Joint Secretary to Government (Retired), Home Department for reimbursement of Medical
expenses incurred by him 2483/CDS/2012, dated 20-01-2012
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to ‘2502- Secretariat General
Services – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H. (08) – Home Department – 010 salaries – 017 – Medical
Reimbursement”.
5. The Home (OP-II- claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to
A/c No. 52088446355, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad sanctioned in
para 3 above to Sri B Ram Kumar, Joint Secretary to Government (Retired), Home Department
