3) Lr.Rc.No. 66/CDS/2012, dated 23-01-2012, from the Civil Surgeon Specialist,
Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Andhra Pradesh.

ORDER:-
Sri B.P. Acharya, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to Government Home Department, has
submitted medical bills for reimbursement of expenses incurred by him towards his treatment for
Post CAG, Single Vessel Disease, at Care Hospitals, Road No. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 12-
12-2011, for an amount of Rs. 31,850/-. In the reference 2nd read above ,the medical bills have
been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat,
Andhra Pradesh, for scrutiny and report.
2. The Civil Surgeon, Government Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad in his letter
Lr. Rc. No. 66/CDS/2012, dated 23-01-2012 has issued admissibility certificate for an amount of
Rs. 31,832/-, after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above .
3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 31,832/- (Rupees ThirtY One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two Only) to Sri B.P. Acharya, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to
Government , Home Department, towards reimbursement of Medical expenses incurred by him
towards his treatment for Post CAG, Single Vessel Disease, at Care Hospitals, Road No. 1,
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 12-12-2011.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to ‘2502- Secretariat
General Services – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H. (08) – Home Department – 010 salaries – 017 –
Medical Reimbursement”.
5. The Home (OP-II- claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount
sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri B.P. Acharya, I.A.S., Principal Secretary to Government Home
Department.
