Secretariat. **** ORDER:- Sri K Rajeshwar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (2), Home (PSC) Department, has submitted the medical bills for reimbursement of expenses incurred by him towards his father’s treatment for CAD – OLD IWMI at Kamineni Hospitals, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, for an amount of Rs. 5,804/-In the reference 2nd read above, the medical bills have been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat for scrutiny and report. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary A.P. Secretariat in his letter Lr. Rc. No. 198/CDS/2012, dated 31-01-2012, has issued admissibility certificate for an amount of Rs. 5,804/-, after scrutiny, vide reference 3rd read above . 3. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 5,804/- (Rupees Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Four Only) to Sri K Rajeshwar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer (2), Home (PSC) Department, towards reimbursement of Medical expenses incurred by him towards his father’s treatment for CAD – OLD IWMI at Kamineni Hospitals, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to ‘2502- Secretariat General Services – M.H. 090 – Secretariat – S.H. (08) – Home Department – 010 salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement”. 5.
