G. O. Rt. No. 143, Home (Prisons. B) Department, dated 02-06-2011 2.G.O.Rt.No. 372, Finance (Exp. Home) Department, dated 04-02-2012. 3. From the Director General, A.P.State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad, Letter No.5014/S1/2011, dated 23-02-2012 * * * * * In the G.O.1st read above, the Government have issued Administrative Sanction Order for an amount of Rs. 17.00 crores under 13th Finance Commission Grants to the Director General, A.P.State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad for procurement of Water Tenders and Rescue Equipment Sets. 2. In the G.O.2nd read above, Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.4,35,00,000 (Rupees four crore and thirty five lakhs only) (Rs,4,25,00,000/- from the existing Budget Estimates + Rs. 10,00,000/- as additional funds) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders for procurement of Water Tenders and Rescue Equipment Sets to Strengthen Fire and Emergency Services under the 13th Finance Commission grants. 3. In the letter third read above, the Director General (Fire) has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction Order to utilize the allocated funds of Rs.435.00 lakhs for purchase of chassis for Water Tenders during the Financial Year 2011-2012. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4,35,00,000 (Rupees four crore and thirty five lakhs only) (Rs. 4,25,00,000/- from the existing Budget Estimates + Rs. 10,00,000/- as additional funds) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders for purchase of Chassis for Water Tenders during the Financial Year 2011-2012 under the 13th Finance Commission grants to the Director General, A.P. State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad. 5. The amount sanctioned at para 4 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2070 - Other Administrative Services M.H. 108 Fire Protection and Control G.H.(04) - Finance Commission Grants S.H (05) Fire and Emergency Services – 310/312 – Other Grants – In - Aid” 6. The above grants shall be incurred as per the action plans approved for 13th Finance Commission grants only and the Utilization Certificates shall be furnished as prescribed. P.T.O.-:: 2 ::- 7.
