GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Loans and Advances – Advance to Government Servants – Sanction of House Building Advance Rs, 2,00,000/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs Only ) for Repairs and additions to the existing house of Sri V. Srinivasulu Reddy, Asst. Secy. to Govt., Home Department – Sanction Orders – Issued. HOME (OP-II) DEPARTMENT G.O. RT No. 306 , Dated :- 29-02- 2012 Read the following:- Ref:- G.O. Rt. No. 4156, Finance (A&L) Department, dated 23-11-2011 O R D E R :- Under Article 230 and 230-A of A.P.F.C., Volume-I, and also in terms of the orders issued in the references read above, sanction is hereby accorded for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to Sri V Srinivasulu Reddy, Assistant Secretary to Government, for carrying out repairs to his existing house. The Advance shall be disbursed to the individual in one Lumpsum. 2) The advance sanctioned in para one above is subject to the following conditions :- i) that the addition and repairs should be completed within six months from the date of drawl of the advance ; ii) that the advance sanctioned shall be utilized for effecting additions and repairs to his house within the stipulated period only failing which penal interest at the prescribed rates shall be levied for the period covered by the Government sanction ; iii) the sanctioned amount will be recovered in 75 equal monthly installments from the following month of drawl of sanctioned amount and the interest will be recovered in 15 monthly installments. 3) The recovery of the advance shall be effected through the monthly pay/ leave salary of the grantee. If the grantee ceases to be in service for any reasons other than normal retirement, superannuation or if he die before the repayment of the advance in full, the entire outstanding amount of the advance shall become payable to the Government forthwith. Failure on the part of the grantee or his successors to repay the advance for any reason whatsoever will entitle the Government to enforce on the sureties or to take such other action as may be permissible under the law. 4) The expenditure shall be debited to “7610-Loans to Government Servants – 201 – House Building Advance – SH(05) Loans to Other Officers” 5) The Home (OP-II-Claims) Department are requested to prefer the bill and arrange for payment.
