HOME (OP-II) DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt No. 310 , Dated :- 29-02-2012 Read : 1. G.O. Rt No. 4171, Finance (A&L) Department, dated 24-11-2011 * * * * * * * O R D E R :- Under Article 230 of A.P. Financial Code, Volume-I, the Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to Sri V Srinivasulu Reddy, Assistant Secretary to Government, Home Department for purchase of Personal Computer Advance. 2. The Advance sanctioned should be met from the funds released in the Government Orders 1st read above. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “ 7610- Loans to Government Servants – MH (204) – Advances for purchase of Personal Computer – SH(12) – Advances for purchase of Personal Computer – (001) Advances for purchase of Personal Computer 4. The above sanction is subject to the following conditions:- i) The advance is repayable in 135 equal installments @ Rs. 370/- per month and interest will be recovered in 65 monthly installments commencing from the following month of amount drawn. ii) Simple Interest of 5.50 % per annum should be charged on the advance taken and is recoverable as laid down in Article 227 of the A.P. Financial Code, Volume-I. 5. The Home (OP-II) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount in lumpsum to the individuals.. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (A&L) Department under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
