ORDER:
The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read
above, has reported that on his selection to IPS, Sri D.Pradeep Kumar who is
a direct recruit Deputy Superintendent of Police, Category-2 of 2010 batch,
was relieved to join the Foundation Course for the IPS vide Memo dated
18.8.2011. The Individual made a representation dated 11.1.2012
requesting to issue a letter accepting his technical resignation to enable him
to submit the same at SVP NPA, Hyderabad. Hence, the Director General of
Police, A.P., Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue orders
accepting his technical resignation w.e.f. 18.8.2011 i.e. from the date of his
relieving from A.P. State Police Service.
2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Director General of Police, A.P.,
Hyderabad, Government hereby accept the resignation of Sri D.Pradeep Kumar,
Probationary Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil) w.e.f. 18.8.2011 in terms of Rule
30(a)(i) of State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
3. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further follow
up action in the matter.
