Home) Department, dated 25.02.2012. # # # O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the Inspector General of Police, OCTOPUS, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to issue Administrative Sanction for 4th quarter for an amount of Rs.20,60,000/- under various heads of account. 2. Government after careful examination of the proposal and based on the B.R.O. issued in the reference 2nd read above, hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Inspector General of Police, OCTOPUS, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, to incur an amount of Rs.20,60,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs and Sixty Thousand only) towards 4th quarter under Plan from BE provision of 2011-12. 3. The expenditure sanctioned at para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account indicated in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Inspector General of Police, OCTOPUS, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and draw the amount in Detailed Voucher Bill by the concerned Drawing Officer. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. Home) Department vide their U.O. No. 2570/39/A1/Expr. Home/2012, dated 27.02.2012. 6.
