HOME (SER-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 363 dated:9-3-2012 Read: From the DGP, AP, Hyderabad, Lr.No. 1068/N2/SDL/2011, dated:17-11-2011 ****** ORDER: In the reference read above, the Director General of Police, AP, Hyderabad, has informed that Sri G. Ram Shiva, PC 2665 of PCR, Cyberabad, while on Chief Minister’s bundobust duty in Shamirpet PS limits, met with an accident. The individual received severe injuries and was shifted to Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, for treatment. The individual underwent treatment from 19-11-2006 to 18-01-2011 (1522) days. The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, has requested for sanction of Special Disability Leave to him for (1522) days from 19-11-2006 to 18-01-2011, as a special case. He has, therefore, recommended for sanction of Special Disability Leave for the period from 19-11-2006 to 18-01-2011 i.e for 1522 days to Sri G. Ram Shiva, PC 2665 of PCR, Cyberabad, as a special case. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby sanction Special Disability Leave to Sri G. Ram Shiva, PC 2665 of PCR, Cyberabad, for the period from 19-11-2006 to 18-01-2011 i.e for (1522 days) in relaxation of rules as a special case. 3. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter. The documents received in the reference read above are returned herewith, the receipt of which should be acknowledged. 4.
