Govt.Memo.No. 12837/Ser.III/A3/3011, dated: 20.05.2011. 3. From the D.G.P., A.P., Hyd, Lr.Rc.No. 586/E3/2011, dated: 28.07.2011. ****** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Sri R. Immanial, EX PC 2234, Nalgonda District has represented to Government requesting for taking him back to duty duly converting him from PC to Ministerial Staff as a special case. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has forwarded the remarks furnished by the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, wherein it was stated that the applicant Sri R.Immanial, Ex.PC 2234 has submitted resignation due to some unexpected circumstances on account of family problems on 29.08.1997 and the same was accepted as per rule 30 of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 vide D.O.No. 106/908 dated: 19.01.1998. As per Rule 30 (iii) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules ‘No withdrawal of resignation shall be permitted except with the sanction of the Government, if the withdrawal is made after the resignation take effect”. Further stated that there is no provision in the rules for conversion of Police Constables to that of ministerial services. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby reject the request of Sri R. Immanial, EX PC 2234, Nalgonda District, for reinstatement and conversion as ministerial staff , since resignation effected 12 years back. 4. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
