RTSP by two stages for two years with effect –Rejected - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the reference 3rd read above, the DGP, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has informed that
Sri D.K. Ashok, HC 210 of Nizamabad District, was dealt with on a P.Roll involving an O.E. for
the following delinquency:
“Gross misconduct of Sri D.K.Ashok, HC 210 of PS Dharpalli for taking illegal gratification
of Rs.15,000/- in an accident case from the accused Tractor driver by name Golla Parshuram
R/o Gouraram Village and change the crime vehicle as Auto instead of tractor and
implicated the auto driver by namely Mothilal as accused in Cr.No.46/2006 U/s 337 IPC of
PS Dharpally and thereby violating rule No.3 of APCS Conduct Rules 1964”.
2. The SP, Nizamabad District, after following the procedure prescribed in APCS
(CCA)Rules, 1991, has held the charges as proved and imposed the punishment of RTSP by two
stages for a period of two years with effect on future increments and the suspension period from
24-10-2006 to 24-12-2006 is treated as not on duty, in his procgs.No.A6/50/PR/2006,
D.O.No.106/2008, dated: 11-1-2008. The appeal petition of the charged officer was considered
and rejected by the appellate authority on 27-8-2008. The revision petition of the charged officer
was also considered and rejected by the revisional authority in proceedings 18-4-2009
3. Aggrieved by the above, the individual has submitted a petition to the Government
requesting to set aside the penalty of RTSP by two stages for a period of two years with effect.
4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby reject the request of Sri D.K.
Ashok, HC 210 of Nizamabad District, to set aside the penalty of RTSP by two stages for a
period of two years with effect.
5. The DGP, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly in
the matter. The records received in the reference 3rd read above are returned herewith, the receipt
of which should be acknowledged.
