From the DGP, AP, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.1015/Appeal-4/ 2011, dated: 25-7-2011 ****** ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has informed that Sri M.A.Azeez, PC 1975 of 1st Bn., APSP, Hyderabad, was dealt with on a P.Roll involving an O.E. for the following delinquency: “Exhibited gross mis-conduct, irresponsible indiscipline attitude and disobedience to the orders of superiors while conducting combing operations on 15-4-2004 along with section personnel” 2. The Commandant, 1st Bn., APSP, Hyderabad, duly following the procedure prescribed under APCS (CC&A) Rules, held the charge as proved and imposed the punishment of RTSP by two stages for two years with effect, against the above individual treating the suspension period as ‘Not on Duty’” vide proceedings Rc.No. 521/A6-I/PR-19/2004, (D.O.No.1525/2004) dated: 5- 11-2004. The appeal petition of the charged officer was considered and rejected by the Appellate authority vide proceedings dated: 25-1-2006. The revision petition of the charged officer was also considered and rejected by the revisional authority vide proceedings dated: 28-4-2009 3. Aggrieved by the above, the individual has submitted a petition to the Government requesting to set aside the penalty of RTSP by two stages for two years with effect. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby reject the request of Sri M.A.Azeez, PC 1975 of 1st Bn., APSP, Hyderabad,, to set aside the penalty of RTSP by two stages for two years with effect. 5. The DGP, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter. The records received in the reference 3rd read above are returned herewith, the receipt of which should be acknowledged.
