Govt.Memo.No.33127/Ser-II/A2/2010, dated: 11-11-2010 3. From the DGP, Lr.Rc.No.4038/Appeal-3/ 2010, dated: 9-6-2011 ****** ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, the DGP, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has informed that Sri U.V.Subbaiah Ex PC 583, Prakasam District was given a charge for the following delinquency: “Misbehavior against WPC 267 SV Ramana of same PS i.e Chirala Town PS going to her quarter with the civilians on 24-4-1996 and trying to kidnap her and involved in CR.No. 81/1996 U/s 366 IPC of Chirala I Town PS” 2. The SP, Prakasam after following procedure prescribed in APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991, has held the charge as proved and imposed the penalty of Dismissal from service on the charged officer in Procgs.C.No.68/OEPR/1997, dated: 26-6-2006. The appeal petition of the charged officer was considered and rejected by the appellate authority in proceedings dated:4-6-2007. The revision petition of the charged officer was also considered and rejected by the revisional authority in proceedings dated: 18-12-2008. 3. Aggrieved by the above, the individual has submitted a petition to the Government requesting to set aside the penalty of Dismissal from service. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby reject the request of Sri U.V.Subbaiah Ex PC 583, Prakasam District, to set aside the penalty of Dismissal from service. 5. The DGP, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to take necessary action accordingly in the matter. The records received in the reference 3rd read above are returned herewith, the receipt of which should be acknowledged.
