Read the following:-
From the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.C.No.212/Stores/2011, dated 30.07.2011 and
20.01.2012.

ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Additional Director General of Police,
Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has requested to ratify the action
of their Department in having submitted the DC bill with the delay and issue
necessary instructions to pay and Accounts Office, Hyderabad, to admit the
DC bill.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby ratify the
action of the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, in having submitted the DC bill with the delay subject
to initiating the disciplinary action against the officers responsible for delay
in submission of DC bill. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad, is
requested to admit the DC bill.
3. The Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, is requested to submit all the unsettled A.C bills with
them within one month and submit compliance report to the Government
without fail.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.Home)
Department, vide their U.O.No.3807/61/A1/Exp.Home/12, dated
25-02-2012.
